This DIPA is brewed using sherbet lemons… crushing them up and adding them in the boil to dissolve all the lemony goodness!
Backed up by a slight tartness coming from the overnight kettle sour and the 16g/L dry hop you get a huge hit of flavours, balanced off with a good body, high abv% and added oats to smooth it out.
It’s big, bold and of course very lemony!
