2. Age Restrictions

All alcoholic products offered for sale through our websites are strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years or over.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic products and must not purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under the legal drinking age.

3. Online Ordering and Customer Confirmation

By placing an order for alcoholic products through our websites, customers are required to:

Customers cannot complete an order without accepting our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Our delivery partners are instructed to operate appropriate age verification procedures, including requesting satisfactory photographic identification where required.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • A valid passport.
  • A valid photocard driving licence.

The identification must satisfactorily establish that the recipient is aged 18 years or over.

Alcohol will not be handed over where the delivery personnel cannot satisfactorily establish the recipient’s legal eligibility to receive it.

5. Refusal of Delivery

Our appointed courier or delivery personnel are authorised to refuse delivery of alcoholic products where:

  • The recipient is under 18 years of age.
  • Satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided when requested.
  • The identification presented is invalid, appears fraudulent or does not correspond with the recipient.
  • There are reasonable grounds to believe that alcohol is being supplied to a person under 18.

Where delivery is refused, the products will be returned or otherwise dealt with in accordance with our delivery procedures and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Any applicable redelivery charges or refund arrangements will be governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale and relevant consumer legislation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers purchasing alcoholic products from Camerons Brewery are responsible for ensuring that:

  • They are legally entitled to purchase alcohol.
  • An adult aged 18 or over is available to accept delivery.
  • Satisfactory proof of age can be produced if requested by the courier.
  • Alcohol purchased is not supplied to anyone under the age of 18.

7. Compliance and Review

Camerons Brewery takes its legal responsibilities regarding the sale and supply of alcohol seriously.

We work with our appointed delivery partners to ensure that appropriate age verification measures are applied and reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably believe that age restriction requirements may not be satisfied.
